Philosophy My customer service philosophy comes from a John Madden, the great sports commentator and ex-football coach, quote "You can't let all your hose out until you know where the fire is." It doesn't matter what service you are selling if you don't understand the prospective buyer's business. The relationship between buyer and service provider is more important than any product, price, or term. Professional Experience: Over 20 years with experience financing many different types of farming operations. Strengths My strength is my ability to see the vision my customer has of his future and am creative in structuring a finance program to help him achieve that vision.
